" Villa Gouvia " a luxury villa for rent on Corfu island
Conditions :
Rental with a minimum stay of 2 weeks
and a maximum of 6 persons
Rental prices :
Low season : May, June and October : 6 000 €/week
High season : July, August and September : 8 000 €/week
These rental prices include : house maid 3 times a week, garden maintenance , Fuel, gas and water supply.
Electricity and telephone consumptions are to be payed back to Owner upon receipt of justificatives invoices.
A security deposit of 3 000 euros to be paid with the rent.
It is refundable at departure after deduction of any damage or loss as well as electricity and telephone expenses.
The booking is effective after signing of a rental agreement with payment on an account of 25 % ( not refundable ) .
The rest + safety deposit not later than 45 days before entrance .
A checking of electricity-meter are made on entering and departure.

The villa is located 7 kms in the North of Corfu town, quickly accessible by highway along seaside ( 15 mn ). At the exhaust of portshipment turn right and go ahead up to highway entrance up to the village of Gouvia.
The airport is 9 km from the property.

BY CAR : By ferry every day from Venezia, Ancona or Brindisi with Minoan Lines, Superfast Ferries, Anek Lines, Agoudimos, Fragline. The villa is 10 mn from the portshipment. |
BY PLANE : Many charter flights direct to Corfu from many european towns. From Athens by regular lines Agean and Olympic , 50 mn to Corfu, many flights every day. The villa is about 25 mn from the airport. |
